煮青贝 (Drunken Mussels Recipe)

半公斤青贝洗净(有胡子扯掉)
4或5片大蒜切末
parsley叶切碎
蒸锅锅内加2厘米大小黄油中火融化(medium heat),加蒜末30秒后加一点辣椒末15秒
加一点lemon zest (柠檬皮)15秒后快速倒入白葡萄酒(200毫升)大火烧开
加入青贝盖上盖煮1分钟略晃动锅
搅拌一下青贝,再煮2分钟
洒上parsley末1分钟或2分钟就好了(贝壳开口即可)
取出青贝,浇上锅内汁水即可食用
