1/4包菜撕碎洗净
大蒜干辣椒切片.
1小勺盐,2勺白糖,适量生抽陈醋,1小勺生粉,搅拌均匀成调味汁(不要加水,包菜含水)
蒜辣椒略炒几秒出香味
加入包菜大火炒熟
浇上调味汁翻炒均匀出锅
